Use of CareShift™ and associated NexTrial.ai services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Platform Access

Beta access may change without notice. You agree to lawful use only for clinical research readiness.

3. Prohibited Actions

• Copying or reselling platform data
• Misrepresentation or disruption attempts
• Reverse engineering or scraping

4. Intellectual Property

All logic, workflows, AI models, and content are owned by NexTrial.ai.

5. AI Output & Human Oversight

All generated outputs (SOPs, ICF drafts) are AI-assisted and require human validation. NexTrial.ai is not responsible for unverified use.

6. Compliance Standards

Users must adhere to:

• HIPAA
• GDPR
• LGPD
• ICH GCP / GxP

No upload of PHI or patient identifiers is permitted.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse or noncompliance.

8. Liability

The platform is provided "as is." NexTrial.ai disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law and applicable international privacy laws.
